Am I going to run out of cash?
A rolling 13-week view of what is coming in and going out, so the squeeze shows up while there is still time to do something about it.
In development
Most SMEs either build a 13-week cash flow forecast badly in a spreadsheet, or never build one at all. It goes out of date the week after it’s made, and the one question it exists to answer goes unanswered.
We’re building the tool that keeps it current.
It isn’t finished, it isn’t in beta and there is no launch date. Early access opens when it’s ready.
Tell us where to find you and we’ll be in touch as it takes shape.
What it does
Not a feature list. These are the questions owners actually ask, and the app exists to answer them without a finance qualification.
A rolling 13-week view of what is coming in and going out, so the squeeze shows up while there is still time to do something about it.
Test a hire, a vehicle, a piece of equipment or a big order against the forecast before committing to it.
Move a payment and watch the effect on the weeks that follow, rather than finding out on the day.
The commitments already made, laid out week by week, in one place instead of four.
Screens
We’re not putting mocked-up screenshots on this page. When the app is far enough along to show honestly, this is where it goes, and everyone on the list hears about it first.
The audience
The same businesses we work with as a Fractional Finance Director: established UK SMEs where cash needs watching weekly rather than quarterly. Bookkeepers running forecasts on behalf of their clients will find it useful too.
The app is a tool. If what your business needs is someone to interpret the numbers and act on them, that’s the Fractional Finance Director service.
