Stages 1–4

The Financial Control Programme

The first four stages are designed to get your financial foundations, controls and team working effectively before we move into ongoing Fractional Finance Director support.

Depending on the size, complexity and current financial position of your business, these stages will typically take between one and three months to complete.

Ongoing Fractional FD support

Once the Financial Control Programme is complete, we will review what level of senior financial support your business requires going forward. This could range from periodic strategic oversight to regular hands-on Fractional Finance Director support.

We will agree the appropriate frequency with you, either weekly, monthly or quarterly.

Nikki Butlin

Driven for Cash Flow was founded by Nikki Butlin in 2026, an experienced Finance Director, entrepreneur, business leader and mentor with more than 30 years' experience working on the frontline of UK SMEs.

In one Finance Director role, Nikki took a business from a £1.4m overdraft to £1.8m in cash reserves over 18 months, strengthening the balance sheet by roughly £3m.
